Delara Chizari
co-Founder & CEO
Delara brings a strong scientific background and a passion for neuroscience, public health, and systemic well-being. She is a PhD Candidate in Neuroscience at Harvard Medical School and previously received a B.A. in Molecular and Cell Biology at U.C. Berkeley. In her most recent leadership role, she organized the first public discussion on psychedelic medicine that was formally hosted by Harvard Medical School and The Broad Institute of MIT & Harvard.
Matthew Emmer
co-founder & president
Matthew has nearly a decade of experience in the financial services sector, having worked as an investment banker at Deutsche Bank and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and, most recently, as Vice President at HNA Capital International. He has also served in roles at the Cihang Foundation and Ceniarth, a London-based impact investment fund. He brings a passion for how a more holistic understanding of consciousness can benefit people’s life experience. Matthew holds a bachelor’s degree from UCLA in Applied Mathematics and completed the Executive Education Program at Columbia Business School.
Leo Raderman
co-founder & Chairman
Leo brings nearly two decades of entrepreneurial experience to Psykia Institute, having founded or co-founded companies including IFILM.com, Obscura Digital, and Nukotoys, as well as the non-profits miraclefeet and The Grof Holotropic Foundation (with Dr. Stanislav Grof). Prior to his career as an entrepreneur, he received an M.A. in Systematic and Philosophical Theology from The Graduate Theological Union at U.C. Berkeley.

Dr. Jack Kreindler is a practicing physician, physiologist, and serial technology entrepreneur.
